After receiving your order, I will meticulously work on every detail to create your very own TppCardS sign. Because every item is made with love and made to order, I ask that you would please allow 1-3 business days for complete processing. Dates are approximate, not guaranteed, in case of issues during transit. Message me with any questions!

Q: Do you have READY-TO-SHIP signs in stock?
A: All signs are handmade to order for each client. I do not stock ready-to-ship inventory. Your sign is expertly handcraft to-order from raw materials in the USA. Signs listed "available" reflect the number my small shop can produce at any given time.

Q: Can I RUSH my order?
A: I offer a “Rush” my order option. Just ask me more details

Q: Can I get DELIVERY by a CERTAIN DATE?

Q: How long does SHIPPING take?
A: Following sign production/completion (check estimated dates shown in listing), the transit times may vary depending on the location. Average is 3 to 5 business days
Therefore, it generally takes 6-9 business days (PROCESSING+SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.
Please note that "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you. Dates are approximate, not guaranteed, as issues may occur in transit beyond our control. For faster production and shipping options, just ask me before place the order.

Q: How do you SHIP?
A: We use UPS or USPS shipping, FREE to you! (for domestic US delivery).

Q: Can you ship to a PO BOX?
A: We can, but we would prefer to ship to your Street Address. UPS will not deliver to a PO BOX. If you prefer to use a post office box, please message me before confirm the order, so I can check if USPS can handle the size you are going to buy. Please note that middle to larger sizes cannot ship via USPS.
